　　在敌人没有防备时突然发起攻击，在敌人意想不到的情况下采取行动。这是中国古代军事家孙武提出的作战思想，其要义在于保障作战行动的突然性，在短时间内给敌人造成人员、装备及精神上的沉重打击，使敌方陷于被动，使己方掌握主动。而主动权的掌握则是克敌制胜的关键所在。作为一条作战原则，这一思想至今闪耀着智慧之光。

　　This means to attack when the enemy is unprepared and take action when the enemy least expects it. It is a key principle of warfare advocated by Sunzi, an ancient Chinese military strategist. The essence is to launch a surprise attack and inflict heavy losses on the troops, weapons and morale of the adversary, so as to gain the initiative and secure victory. This has remained an important principle of warfare even today.
